When linking BP National Account to your HD Pro Extra account does your status actually change to Elite, or do you just receive Elite pricing on certain items?

I bought them with management issues and vacancy and with some value-added improvements and good management got them full and increased NOI.

Just like hotels and airlines that were adding on a lot of fees to travel, those separate fees for apartments may now need to be disclosed up front.   

So, the HM costs apply to acquisition and possibly rehab costs and both of those categories get added to the refi costs to get your total cash invested which is used to calculate things like your CoC.

Increasing rentable square footage by adding bedrooms, finishing basements or attics, or creating legal ADUs can immediately raise rents and force appreciation.

I did an audit of my tech stack and realized I was spending an extra $300 a month on useless subscriptions and tools I wasn’t even using!

I could actually use the extra time to build a routine around learning, analyzing deals, connecting with agents/lenders, or even doing some side work like inspections.
