We of course are focused on paper - I think the difference from the past for us is if we take a property back then we may hold it as a rental vs selling it as we have seen some very good rents come through the ones we took back and wait for the govt to print lots of money again like they do every ten years or so and have real estate to nuts again

Yes, I get a email that I have been paid, but I can ALWAYS print out a detailed remittance that shows gross, net , FICA, sick time and vacation accruals. for both the current pay period and YTD totals.
