Hey BiggerPockets community,I wanted to see if there’s interest in forming a Central Georgia real estate investing meetup.I’m based in Pike County, GA, which puts me roughly:~60 miles south of Atlanta~60 miles north of Macon~60 miles from ColumbusWhat I’ve noticed is that many local investors in Pike, Upson, Lamar, Spalding, Meriwether, Talbot, and surrounding counties are kind of left out of the loop — most meetups are centered in Atlanta, Macon, or Columbus, and not everyone can (or wants to) make those drives regularly.My thought is to create a simple, relationship-focused meetup — possibly called “Coffee & Cashflow” — that would meet monthly or quarterly at a local coffee shop here in Central Georgia.

I was wondering if there were any other new or experienced investors in the area that would like to meet up for coffee and just talk investment ideas, contractor recommendations, repair horror stories, etc.

With a bit of space in my current schedule, I’d enjoy meeting up for coffee to discuss the industry and share insights with those looking to scale or enter the market.To give you some background: I am an architect and developer with 20 years of experience.

I mean with the price of most small planes 100 to 1 mil paying for hanger rent is just like buying a cup of coffee..
