Shane Moore (Coffee & Cashflow)
4 February 2026 | 0 replies
Hey BiggerPockets community,I wanted to see if there’s interest in forming a Central Georgia real estate investing meetup.I’m based in Pike County, GA, which puts me roughly:~60 miles south of Atlanta~60 miles north of Macon~60 miles from ColumbusWhat I’ve noticed is that many local investors in Pike, Upson, Lamar, Spalding, Meriwether, Talbot, and surrounding counties are kind of left out of the loop — most meetups are centered in Atlanta, Macon, or Columbus, and not everyone can (or wants to) make those drives regularly. My thought is to create a simple, relationship-focused meetup — possibly called “Coffee & Cashflow” — that would meet monthly or quarterly at a local coffee shop here in Central Georgia.
