Contractor for building T-Hangers at municipal airport

Hi all, I came across a local municipal airport in Georgia with a huge waiting list for hangers (around 40 years!). They are in really high demand here. I looked into it a little bit to see if I could potentially build some T-Hangers and rent them. I found the airport’s approved plan for expansion and they have a plan to do a 3 stages of expansion/improvement. In Stage 1 of that plan are 2 buildings of 10 T-Hanger units.

I was wondering if anyone here has experience doing a project like this? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. 🙏

I would love to get a project like this.. As an aircraft owner and having to find a home for our plane .  I think if the numbers works these can be the most solid investment in all of rental real estate.. super easy to build easy to maintain and by and large your not going to have many if any non paying.. I mean with the price of most small planes 100 to 1 mil paying for hanger rent is just like buying a cup of coffee..

@James O'Regan Sounds like a super neat project. First thing I learned how to do was fly a single engine airplane. I would love to connect on this. PM me.
