New Investor Planting Roots in Indianapolis - Let's Connect

Hi Everyone!

My name is Amit, and I am an investor excited to start my journey in the Indianapolis market.

My primary strategy is Buy & Hold and I am currently looking to build my local team and would love to connect with:

  • Investor-Friendly Agents:  That are willing to work with a hungry investor on their first deal.
  • Wholesalers: Please add me to your buyers' list! I’m looking for off-market deals that fit a value-add or turnkey-ish profile.
  • Property Managers: I’d love to connect with PMs who can provide insight on market rents and tenant profiles.

More importantly, I’m looking to network! If you are an investor or a pro in Indy, I’d love to grab a "virtual coffee," hear about your experience, or just connect here on BP.
