Now there are devices that can measure noise volume but if it is both units not sure how you decide which one is making the noise. 

Orbi was more costly than the Google mesh, but I believe it supports higher top speedThe Google mesh was in a quad and covered about 5000’ of living space across 4 units with only 2 units attached,The ORBI is in my personal home and the only issue I have had is attaching archaic devices that desire 2.4 GHz,   We pay extra for real fast internet from the provider but even so the provider is the limiter.  

More control, better communication, more exceptions approved, better staffing, and comparable or better pricing on rates and loans. 

Also has buttons directly on the device that are blended into the design.

Final thing is communication.

The bang for the buck is there but if I could get something better for the tenant communication aspect, that would be highly recommended.

I know MO side has more favorable tenant laws and may be different.Have you communicated with the tenants yet to inquire about it?

You just have to go out and meet with a lot of people/tax pros to find someone who;-Communicates/Occasionally returns your emails-Understands your strategy-Completes your return before 10pm on the due date.
