I’ve been looking to attend (and possibly speak at) more real estate and investor-focused conferences — especially those that cover midterm rentals, corporate housing, or property management trends.Networking and staying on top of industry shifts are a big part of how I grow and help others in this space, but I realized I might be missing out on some great upcoming events.So I figured I’d ask the community:- What real estate conferences, summits, or meetups are you planning to attend soon?

The last three Fed Chairs, however, hold a press conference 30-minutes after they announce their rate decision.

I am scheduled to have a conference call with him this week sometime and I'll let you know what I find out.What part of Houston are you at?   

Does anyone still have an unused ticket that they'd be willing to transfer for a price relative to the time that's left of the conference?

I've been to a few of their training conferences, so I could provide the training they provide, but I don't do large multi families, so it would do you no good.

Just got back from the BiggerPockets Conference 2025, and WOW, was it an eye-opener!

I would say 99.9% of these calls /emails go ignored because they come across as spamIf you do not have a specific message with a way you can assist them and an opportunity that has already been fully vetted with all the numbers then it’s a waste of our time.Your best bet is to go to conferences, and prior to the conference check out who is attending and set up some meetings at the conference in advance to meet them in person.

Unfortunately, they rarely make it past the Excel phase.The Networker – You’ll see this one at every conference, meetup, and online forum.
