For renewing tenants we raise rents a little but for new tenants we charge market rents and there has been a big increase in rents since covid.The property we just sold 2 days ago, if we had continued renting it the rent would have increased $500 a month, and that would still be below market,ย as we had not raise the rent in the last 4 years.
