Very common for most of today's gurus to utilize these types of subterranean creatures. 

Reality is humans by nature are nasty, mean, selfish creatures.

Here such a creature would rent in the $1,300-1,600 range, but with some reno and cosmetics it would quickly move closer to the 1% per month golden rule.

I am a unique creature.

I am a cat person, but don’t allow cats because they are creatures of habit.

Lousy autonomous learners, in my experience, hang out on websites like this one asking questions about whether they should pay thousands of dollars to gurus to teach them their mighty secrets.During my own PhD studies, which I today consider myself lucky to have stepped away from, I met just an incredible number of people whose education, far from providing any sort of intellectual liberation, had crippled them into pitiful creatures unable to form or express even a vaguely original thought.

Neither.All these damn weird letters with scribbles and red fort black font, green font is all rubbish.A seller is not some mystical creature you know nothing about.
