As the title states I have been lurking on the Biggerpockets website for a long while and finally decided to introduce myself today!

On the flip side, others like to secure the property first and then finalize financing to ensure the deal is exactly what they want.

The assets are held directly in a trust, free and clear, and I'm currently finalizing the new trust structures per the will.
