Barton Oaks is a 55-unit value-add multifamily property in Little Rock, Arkansas currently under contract. The business plan focuses on operational improvements, targeted renovations, and improving occupancy to increase property performance. We are currently working with a local bank on financing and exploring partnerships with investors familiar with the Little Rock market.
