Buckled down and signed up recently and adding this to my slew of places to glean information. 

I'd like to start lending in other states - Texas, Florida, and maybe some others as well as Chicago.Goal: Before presenting these lending opportunities to new capital partners, I'm hoping to glean more insight into the wisest, most efficient way to structure these partnerships to protect everyone involved.

Sometimes you can glean some information about what a property looks like on the inside from a previous sale's photos that might be floating around on Zillow, etc.  

Dominic, I've found that participating on BiggerPockets forums, appearing on podcasts, and speaking at conferences have built trust with first-time passive investors when those forum posts, podcast discussions, and conference presentations show my experience, track record, and market knowledge to those reading, listening, or attending.This doesn't mean "selling from the stage", but instead, sharing actionable, useful information that I've gleaned from my many years of experience and from my own research. 

With that said I think I would want to spend the time gleaning that info from places like BP then taken the chance on getting ripped off.

I came to BP to read about Tardus because I value the opinions and information I can glean from the BP forum.

And I think he did make a post that he is moving back to the mainland and it sounded like maybe taking  a different role in ODC  Again hard to glean things from facebook no one really gives any details on that site so all just wag's on my part.

I'm trying to glean "where can I learn this from" I picked up a couple of pieces of info : "Note Investor", and "Passive Pockets" -- what other little nuggets, and bits and clues of information can you give ?
