Been evaluating Property Managers and considering self management.

Are you planning to manage your own properties or take on clients right away?

Working for a property management company is valuable, but helping a small landlord can be just as eye-opening since you often get exposed to everything from leasing to maintenance decisions to dealing with tenant issues.

I have been self-managing since 2016.

Any property managers or landlords out there have some good spreadsheets they are willing to share?

I recently started using DoorLoop to manage the 87 doors in my property management firm, which are owned by 16 different owners.The website and features feel unnecessarily complicated, despite the attractive interface.
