My in-laws live with us, they are home bound due to poor health conditions.

We've had a range of different class properties in our portfolio at different times and I can tell you that the experience of managing a Class A or B SFR in the Front Range is nothing compared to managing a Class C or D MF building, or even a SFR in a bad location. 

Finding a good CPA is going to be key not only for this decision but the many that are bound to come down the road.

Especially as you are knew to the process from the sounds of things this will help ensure that if you do run into problems, if there are damages, if liability arises, etc. then the liability will be corralled and stay within the bounds of the LLC and not affect the rest of your life and personal assets. 

One such agreement bound the relationship for the duration of a tenant's stay placed by company, and the only work around was to not renew what might've been a long- term tenant. 

I am bound to make this deal work.

I think the most useful skill I want to have is out bound lead gen.
