The past year tenant selection seems to have gone downhill significantly. 80% of the prospects have below 600 scores, terrible job history, and even the halfway decent ones completely waste time by begging to see the property then not showing.

I selected my sessions on July 24th but the Whova app is not showing my selected sessions in my agenda.  

If you look there, you can network with groups more aligned with your RE interests.Somehow both the wife’s and my selected sessions got lost.  

There are a select few that would insure under a single policy, but it is out there. 

The most important thing to do is to select a fund that has solid fundamentals on the project(s) that the fund is investing in.

Hello @Brian Cronin,Do not select a property (type) and hope the tenants it attracts will provide a reliable rental income.

Currently in the market selection step, and would like further guidance on the best towns/areas to look for properties as well as general guidance of STR rules/regulations.
