What is everyone using to track their selections and budgets.

Had we seen one of them, we would have selected another tenant and avoided a disaster where he is not paying and we are going through appeals and eviction.Even the income reported by Zillow turns out they report what the tenant submitting the application provides - not a value that Zillow verifies. 

Would be interested to hear how others approach market selection before getting into individual deals.

I've managed all sorts of assets but currently wont really manage anything lower than a c grade asset and wont recommend buying lower than a B grade one.   

I'm glad you're liking it so far, I've run into the same thing with clients where the HELOC sort of throws things off. 

So select a city where new companies are continually setting up operations and creating the replacement jobs.Income reliability.

Curious if anyone else is seeing the same thing.Is the market just slow right now, or are sellers just being more selective about who they reach out to?

From there, sorts how pertinent or not my suggestions are, come sup with drafts, cross checks those drafts by all regulations specific to that jurisdiction to check for compliance, re-writes.

I need help with selecting a market and fully understanding and analyzing deals.
