Software for selection tracking for New Construction

Aloha, 

We own currently 52 LTRs & are developing 16 Brand New apartments. We have done dozens of renovations however, this is our first Owner Builder Home build from raw land :) We are super excited, but I want to make sure I keep everything on track and organized. What is everyone using to track their selections and budgets. For our smaller projects we were simply keeping it in our heads, screenshots or email threads, but there has to be a system people use that works well. Happy for any recommendations.
