If it's still an issue, either you or the tenant can do it yourselves for under $100 and 15 minutes of walking the yard with a bag of GrubEx in a broadcast spreader.

But I am sorry, I am not interested or willing to broadcast publicly a detailed map of what, where, how.

They will collect your rent, screen your tenants, broadcast your rentals, track your expenses, and so on.  

I do this for others in the distressed asset business I create a funding mechinism for them to close and own and they will usually clean the house out and do a little work THEN put it on the market or broadcast it out to their buyers..

Get a pre-inspection that your broadcast with it showing all green-lights, market the heck out of it and press to get multiples. 

Your 1st mistake is broadcasting that you are the property owner.
