In seeking to shore up the money lost, going after low hanging fruit like distributions, mortgage payments, payments to vendors… seems to be what transpired.

@Kumar Gaurav I cannot accurately advise on your tax liabilities seeing as I did not prepare your returns, nor do I have a full understanding of the events that transpired, but what I can tell you is that you should not be paying state tax twice on the same income. 

What is transpiring now is clearly disputed on who has rights to what assets. 5. if you read everything in the SEC and their 1-SA and financials, if you see how much they paid in salaries/bonuses you would vomit.

Although, there are some things that could transpire that no asset could be safe from being affected.

This action was only taken after I called and was notified of what transpired from 6/13 to 6/16.
