honestly it was a pretty nostalgic weekend for me, prefer winter in the country to winter in the city though, finding places to put the snow really became an issue. 

Because it was over a weekend involving a quality-of-life issue for a nearly perfect resident.

Getting on the island on weekend mornings between May and October is a complete nightmare.

As part of my annual planning and client review, I realized I may be underpricing a specific type of client relationship... particularly smaller SFR owners who require a high level of ongoing access and advisory time.In a few cases, owners reach out multiple times per week for non-emergency questions, including late evenings and weekends.

We did receive over the weekend $20 million pool of non-performers that were owner occupied.
