Only if someone posts their contact info in their signature can you see it. The only other way is to become colleagues with someone.
As for becoming the member of the week on our newsletter, you need to be an active member who gives back to the community. That means helping others out, answering questions, being visible. People who just use the site to promote deals and solicit business are never picked. Additionally, we only pick those members who use a personal image where we can see who they are.
Finally, we don't have a selection every week, unfortunately.

Doesn't look like you have set your signature up yet. You may want to edit your profile and go to the forum signature tab. You'll wan to check the box that says use my name and company and then you can add something to your signature below that if you like. Many add contact info here.
