Hello! My name is Andrew. I have been in Raleigh for just under two years. I have read many books, articles, videos, seminars... I want to start wholesaling properties to get my feet wet.
If anyone out there has any experience wholesaling properties and is interested in sharing information directly with me, please do so!

Andrew - Welcome to BP! Do you have any specific questions about wholesaling, or are you looking for information in general? There is a TON of information here on the site that you should be reading. Start on the Wholesaling Forum, check out articles on our Article Directory and the BiggerPockets Blog, and you should have a pretty good set of info to go off of.
Let us know if there is anything in particular that you'd like and we'll see what we can do to help.

Hi Andrew, welcome to BP. I'm in the Raleigh area also. There's a great investors group in the area called Triangle Real Estate Investors Association. I don't know if I'm allowed to post links, but if you google TREIA you'll find them. If you're interested, they are having their monthly meeting tomorrow at 6:30 at the Hilton N. Raleigh. You can come as a visitor to check it out. There are a TON of great folks there. I'd be happy to meet you out there.
You'll find that BP is also a HUGE source of info. It's a great community, I hope you jump right in with questions and participate. If I can be of any assistance, let me know.

Thanks for all the encouragement!
I am learning the process of wholesaling one piece at a time. I've spoke to a couple closing attorneys and title companies today. Tons of great information.
I haven't read completely through the Wholesale forum but plan too asap. I am hoping to find a mentor with experience in wholesale deals in North Carolina. If anyone is interested in adding an 'eager beaver' to their team please contact me.
I work from home right now for a software company as online chat support. This position affords me PLENTY of free time to make calls, research properties, laws... if someone is willing to mentor me I would be MORE than happy to dedicate time to assisting you in current transactions.
