HELLO INVESTORS MY NAME IS CHANCE AND I AM NEWBORN TO INVESTING. I USE TO WORK AS AN MANAGER FOR A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. GOT TIRED OF THE STRESS AND NOT GETTING A STEADY PAY CHECK SO QUIT! NOW IM READY TO MAKE A LIVING IN REALISTATE :help:

    Chance welcome to the site and it is nice to meet you. With your background, REI should be an easy transition. Are you looking to do rehabs/buy and hold ??

    Gary has a ton of opportunities. I know many investors that work in that marketplace. In fact, I think they have a meeting over in Merrilville tonight.

    You said you quit your job as the pay check was not steady. What will be your focus when it comes to RE investing so that you have steady income?

    What are your plans for investing in real estate over the next year or so? And if you do not have any what type of REI interest you the most and what would you like to learn about it?     Hi calixto i plan to wholesale for starters I think it is the best way for me to start. Iwould like to learn financial analysis of realistate & negotiations.

    There is a forum here on BP to review deals. You can see what others are looking at and you can post a deal to get advice.

    The formulas are pretty straight forward so I am sure you will get the hang of it.
