My name is Michael Baisden. Im a newbie thats looking to get into real estate. Im a general contractor interested in eventually rehabbing houses but would like to start out "Bird dogging" for other investors as i am currently looking to purchase my primary residence and come across quite a few properties daily doing so. Im located in the north west suburbs, ie.,Lake in the hills, Crystal Lake, Algonquin, ect.. and plan to focus primarily in this area.
