Hi ! This is just to introduce myself to all.. I am a Realtor from the Philippines.. Not really a newbie, but I am about to really activate my membership here.. I am so happy to join BiggerPockets.. I hope that I'd be able to make new friends through this site..

Welcome back, Caroline. How is real estate in the Philippines these days? Are you guys seeing the same down markets that we are here in the states?

Thanks for your comments, with my info...The real estate sales went down by up to 50%.. But the construction of real estate properties is booming... really.. it's amazing... specially the commercial condominiums.. for business purposes..

I've been a real estate broker for 10 years now...

Caroline is my name... I'm often called simply..Carol... My real estate brokerage name is CNA Realty Group.. I have a new website..

I've been so busy lately.. There's been a lot of inquiries and they expressed great interest in buying properties within the city I specialize in..
Hi Dick, Thanks for the nice comment you gave about my site..
That site really helped me market the properties I'm selling.. Though its not complete yet.. I've been receiving lots of inquiries from it.. Especially those who are interested in investing here in the Philippines..
I did not really take my real estate profession seriously at first... It took me more or less 7 years before I really go full blast .. I realized then that I love what I'm doing.. that I need not be paid bigtime to be a real estate broker.. its just something I love to do...
I admit it wasn't really financially rewarding at first.. But when I had to temporarily retire from my accounting job ( I'm a CPA, by the way) to take care of my children.. I then felt the advantage of being a realty broker..
It became a source of measly income for me for a while.. but then, the income just grow as more people knew about my services and professionalism..
Maybe, one reason why my income grew.. is that I love what I am doing so I provide the best possible service I could possibly deliver to all my clients...

Oh.. and I am also so happy to meet lots of different people..
Through the years.. I realized and believed that there's just too many really good people around.. there's only about a handful of bad people...
