I am located in the Tampa area and am interested in finding a partner,mentor, or just all around someone to share the deals I come across with.
My hobby is carpentry, and I am always helping friends add value to their own homes, through sweat equity, and I realized I should be doing this for myself as well. I am a wholesaler, with a set list of buyers, who usually come through in a pinch. But I would like to start flipping, and my investors are more so interested in rentals to add to their portfolios.
I am looking forward to reading through the advice on these forums, and just hope I can eventually do business with some of you!
We closed a back to back short sale in Tampa a month ago, and have several more in that area in the pipeline.
You can make a good profit flipping short sales, especially if you know the market.
