Ok,
This is pathetic but I just booked a trip to California for next weekend...LMAO. I was planning a weekend of property scouting for myself somewhere anyway and y'all just couldn't shut up about IN and Out burgers!

Flipper, by chance will you be anywhere near Burbank? Is it still legal to drink alcohol in CA or is it just koolaid now? ;-) I want to see how left wing you get with a few drinks in you...lol BTW, I'm buying as you have taxes to worry about.

Burbank is only 20 minutes from me. I'm tehre if your buying, cause I have taxes to pay too.
The Burbank In & Out is right off the 5 freeway just minutes from the airport.

Yeah, that's what happened...lol.

Hey, I have a crazy idea. Let's do an impromptu Bigger Pockets In and Out Burger meetup and maybe even a round of CashFlow. It'll be at the Burbank IN and Out next weekend probably Saturday. I'll get back to you later tonight with an exact time. First 10 folks to rsvp, I'm buying. Would be nice to meet some folks face to face.

That gives me a great idea.
The next time I come to Texas, I will bring several dozen double double's for sale. I will clean up! I could make more $ selling burgers than in RE right now.

I've set up a system here where we can increase our profit by at least 20%. We wave it under people's noses and let the scent waft towards them. Smell with option to buy.

Hey everyone - let's make the official "start" time right at 1 p.m, next Saturday the 15th. That should be easy enough to remember.
