Bonnie Galam

Bonnie is a lawyer by trade, owner of an 8-figure self-managed rental portfolio, and a legal educator for landlords by necessity. Bonnie founded The Galam Firm LLC, a boutique law firm for real estate investors, in 2019, serving New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Today, her firm focuses on the estate planning, asset protection, and transactional needs of real estate investors. In 2020, she founded the Solid Foundation Shop, an educational platform providing templates and training for small landlords nationwide, including her signature program, Landlord Law School. Bonnie’s content, trainings, and weekly newsletter help small landlords protect their investments, streamline their portfolios, and create a legacy of wealth and impact. When she’s not in front of the mic or at her stand-up desk, Bonnie can be found scrolling rehab ideas on Pinterest, at the pool with her three kids, or browsing a bookstore.
