We’re glad you’re already using RentRedi! Your BiggerPockets Pro benefit will apply when your next RentRedi payment is due. If you pay monthly, this means next month! Pay annually or bi-annually? Your subscription will be covered when your plan is up for renewal. 

  1. Make sure you have the same email address for RentRedi and BiggerPockets.
    1. If you need to modify your BiggerPockets Pro account email, you can do so here or by clicking ‘settings’ > ‘general information.’ Update your email address and click save.
    2. If you need to modify your RentRedi account email, visit https://app.rentredi.com/updateEmail
  2. Sign out of RentRedi.
  3. Go to BiggerPockets.com, sign into your Pro account, and click ‘manage my properties’ on your Pro Benefits page to use RentRedi.
  4. You will be directed to RentRedi with a login screen just for BiggerPockets Pro members to connect your account.

If you don’t renew your Pro membership, you’ll continue to have access to RentRedi through your BiggerPockets account at a 25% discount. 

Nope! BiggerPockets Pro members get access to RentRedi’s property management software as a benefit of their membership for as long as BiggerPockets and RentRedi are in partnership. If anything changes, we’ll let you know. 

Because RentRedi collects rent payments, they need to verify each users’ identity to protect against fraud. The $1 charge confirms that you are who you say you are.

BiggerPockets Pro members will continue to receive free access to RentRedi’s property management software for as long as BiggerPockets and RentRedi are in partnership. While we cannot guarantee that the benefit will be available forever, we currently have no plans to change or end the RentRedi partnership. If anything changes, we’ll let you know.
