Noah started his real estate investing journey in May 2021, purchasing a single-family house with the intention to house hack. He covered his mortgage payment, cash flowed a few extra dollars, and saved on a strict budget for one year. In June 2022, he purchased a second SFH with the same intention to house hack, but this time using the BRRRR method. Recently, he moved out of Colorado and turned both properties into traditional long-term rentals. Noah is currently looking for his next house hack in Pennsylvania.

When not working or talking about real estate, you can find him playing volleyball, hiking with my husky Nicki, or cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles!
