Tamar Hermes

Tamar Hermes is an author, real estate investor, and coach. After building successful businesses in the retail and entertainment industries, she founded Wealth Building Concierge, guiding professional women to grow wealth through real estate investing while continuing to grow her portfolio. Tamar has been investing for over 20 years with a focus on appreciation with buy and hold single-family homes and duplexes in Los Angeles. In the five years, she has expanded her portfolio to include multi-family investments across multiple states, private lending, and Airbnb properties.  She released her first book The Millionairess Mentality: A Professional Woman’s Guide to Building Wealth through Real Estate this year.

Single-family homes, Airbnb, multi-family, notes, hard money lending, passive investor across all asset classes.  Manages a multi-seven-figure portfolio and leads a high-level peer mastermind.

Education

Before Tamar discovered real estate investing, she attended Pitzer College and the American Academy of Rome. She majored in communications and fine arts.

Accreditations

In addition to growing her portfolio in real estate, Tamar became a certified life coach, holds a real estate license in California, and studied finance so that she could master the knowledge she needed to own her financial destiny.
