Investing in the Hammond, Indiana area
Hello, I am currently looking at deals in Hammond, Greenwood, and highland Indiana as they are great cash flow markets and the home prices are below the median. My number one challenge is getting a trust worthy real estate agent & lender out here to have eyes out for me. How am I able to create a relationship with an agent out here while being in California? hank you in advance!
