Hi everyone! My name is Ally, I live in New Jersey, I currently have 0 properties and I am brand new to real estate investing! I found myself with BiggerPockets after finding the podcast, signing up for webinars, and joining the community here! I would love to connect with other beginners here who are at the same stage of the journey as me. I can already see how strong and beneficial this community is!     Hey Ally, hope you're well! I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Frank, I'm a licensed Realtor serving Monmouth, Ocean, Union, Essex, Hudson, and Bergen Counties. Although, I am an agent - I am new to real estate investing myself and hope I can learn as much as possible through others who are the same stage of RE investing!

    So exciting that you came across BP and are jumping in the real estate world. 

    We discovered BP and many other real estate forums about 3 years ago and it has been such a fun and interesting ride. 

    Are you only interested in investing in NJ?

    Hi @Ally Coghlan - I'm from New Brunswick, NJ and looking to get into real estate investing. I bought my first condo 12 years ago, lived there for 11, rented it for 12 months and I am in the process of selling it. I'd like to take the proceeds and invest into a BRRRR property. I'd love to connect at a RE event.
