16 years old trying to bird dog for investors
I'm 16 years old, I was told bird dogging would for investors or brokers would a great way to make money from real estate as a 16 year old. I live in Yucaipa, I've only recently been trying to bird dog, so I have very little knowledge on how to bird dog, cause I have questions like how do you find deals for investors, and what is a good deal.
