I'm looking to connect and know more people my age (20s) involved in real estate. Realtors, investors, future investors, lenders, wholesalers etc...

I want to start investing eventually, it'll be easier with a team.

Go to local real estate investor meetups for six months and never tell them that you are an agent. Just go to learn. In six months, you will have a ton of real connections.

    Mario,

    While it is good to find people in your age bracket its also good to remember with age comes wisdom. That wisdom gained over the years can offer a vast amount of experience when it comes to Pro's and Con's in real estate. If you are going to select a Realtor, Banker, Wholesaler select them based on industry knowledge, tenure and success in their field.

    I offer this in an effort to avoid lost money and most importantly lost time...

    On the flip side it is good to surround yourself with likeminded successful people because it's contagious

     Completely agree. It's not hard to find people involved in real estate who are older than me. While it is difficult to find like minded people my age, and that way grow as a team and start from the same starting line.

    Go to BUILD YOUR TEAM at the top of your screen, and you can search for other MEMBERS or LOCAL MEETUPS. You can also check meetup.com or search Facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.

    I'm in a small town where there are very few investors. I started my own investor meetup and started with 18 attendees, then it dwindled to three within six months. So I do my networking online.
