Brand new to Real Estate Investing

Hello ya’ll, just joined, am wanting to get into Tax Lien and Deed Investing. Does anyone happen to know if there is anyone that can help or at least guide me to a person, place or thing lol that would have reputable training. I’ve seen a few websites about seminars/training, while google searching but then see reviews that aren’t so great. Any and all advice, suggestions welcome!

    I am starting to look into this as well. My strategy is to register / go to the auctions and learn that way. I do know that if they occupied the property, they have some time to reclaim the property but would have to pay interest on the amount that you put into it. If they didnt occupy the property, they still have time but its much less time.  So you will have to wait to realize the profits for at least 6 months is my understanding.  The best way to get started in my opinion is to just go do it! But as far as training, in my opinion action is the best training you can find!

    How about the OTC deeds? I am interested in those as well. No auction just look at a list and buy outright from what I understand. And thank you for the advice! Just have to get a game plan and execute.
