How is it the best way to fire a real estate agent for not perorming as they said they would, not providing what was mentioned and not doing or providing what was agreeded upon?
@Richie Martin Meet with them in person if possible. If not set up a call and be completely honest with them. Give them specific examples of why they are not performing as they said they would or what was agreed upon. Then request to terminate immediately any agreements you have in place with them. Agents and clients don't always gel together. So better to sever the relationship ASAP. But giving them feedback as to why will only help them learn and grow. I have been here many times and always want feedback from my clients when they want to discontinue the relationship. It happens. But constructive criticism any true professional will listen and grow from it. If not they will soon leave the industry. Hope this helps.

Just be direct and give your reason to them politely. It’s business. I find that the “compliment sandwich” works well in this type of situation: say something you like about them, then provide the constructive criticism, then end with another nice statement. For example, “I appreciate the work that you have done for me and your (insert good characteristic you noticed about them here). I do have to discontinue our professional relationship however because (insert reason here). I wish you the best of luck and with your (insert another good quality specific to them here) I know you will continue to grow and succeed. Perhaps we can work together again in a different capacity in the future.”
how much longer is your agreement for? If not much longer, maybe just ride it out. If too long for your comfort, you should request a meeting and hold them to account about what they offered and promised but have not delivered. Ask to terminate the agreement. If they do not agree, speak with their broker directly to terminate. The broker may speak with them to just let it go. But the agent may just terminate as they would like to salvage the relationship and maybe be able to work with you again later.
