Hello all πŸ‘‹πŸΌ ,

My brother and I are looking to get our first property. We're primarily looking at small multifamily or a single family to househack. We plan on getting in the market later this year. Just at the moment we both feel unsure on how to continue. He has a VA loan he can use or we can use our first time homeowners to qualify. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely, Jason
