I finally got a property under contract and working on finding a buyer which is hard but staying determined reaching out to leads. Anyone got any tips that can help me with finding cash buyer in MO? Anything will help thank you.
The local FB group is very active if you post the deal there. Make sure your deal makes sense. You can market it to a bunch of people but if it doesn't make sense you won't get bites. STL is a diverse market so network and get feedback on the deal
