Whole sale Real Estate

Posted

Hello Everyone,

My name is Chris and I'm 21 years old . Ive always been going out the way the find out to make good money for myself. Im never comfortable. Ive done dropshipping , tried reselling watches , offered side jobs and many more .

I currently work in HVAC and I've been busting my butt trying to make my ends meet. I have a little girl on the way and I need to boss up and be responsible.

Anyways I have no experience or knowledge of wholesale marketing. I've been looking to be under someone's wing to learn and experience .

Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.

thank you .

Chris, your hustle is real and your why just got bigger with that baby on the way—use it. Skip trying every tactic and pick one lane for 90 days: learn wholesaling basics, build a simple buy box, and talk to 5 sellers and 5 cash buyers daily. Script your intro, track every convo, and post weekly progress to stay accountable. Find a mentor or meetup to shorten mistakes, and study comps so you can spot real deals fast. Consistency beats intensity here—follow one course until successful, then scale. You’ve got this.
