Hello everyone,
For those of you who have bought foreclosed homes with all the junk left in them, how much does that usually cost to have cleaned out? Is it more cost effective to do it yourself, even if it means adding to the time of the rehab/sale?
It might be worth changing your title to cleaning out because I thought you were inquiring about house keeping services not clean out. It will be area specific and unless you have a truck and help it is probably better to hire professionals. Time is money in RE rehab.
