Brokers license vs Salesperson license
Hi All,
After 10+ years in RE tech sales, I am beginning my actual RE career. I am very familiar with the industry and have a 4 year degree in RE, so technically can go for my brokers license immediately. I am curious to hear peoples thoughts on salesperson vs brokers license when starting out, are there any disadvantages to me getting the brokers to start?
My plan is to run some wholesale and fix/flips to begin and eventually open my own shop and hire some additional agents at that point, but that's still a few years out.
