How to Connect with more Investors ? can Premium subscription help ?

We’ve been in the real estate space for about 6 years now, mainly focused on generating prequalified off-market seller leads across all states. Our work covers everything from list pulling, dialer setup, skip tracing, SMS outreach, and cold calling, and we currently partner with 16 investors. We’re now looking to expand and connect with more wholesalers and investors to build new partnerships. I’ve heard that BiggerPockets has a Marketplace available with the Premium subscription — does anyone have experience with whether monthly or yearly is better, and if the Marketplace reach is strong enough to realistically connect with 40–60 new partners? If not, I’d love to hear advice on other effective ways to find and connect with wholesalers and investors (we do all states so doesn't matter which state).

As Bo said provide value and you'll have people drawn to your profile. Have your profile optimized and able for investors to review what you offer. Also have a place they can book a call.

Honestly the premium marketplace is decent but most serious investors aren't just browsing there waiting for partnerships. What's worked better for me is creating value first - like sharing your lead gen metrics publicly (conversion rates, cost per lead by market) in forums and FB groups. Investors notice when you post actual numbers instead of just saying you do lead gen. Have you tried positioning yourself as the data guy who shares insights rather than just another lead gen service?

that's really smart plan i appreciate it , and i'm actually a data analysis before i start working in Real estate so i should be familiar with data and charts visualization , i appreciate your advise

but the cost per lead will not be very accurate because not only we generate but we also do skip tracing , pay for cold caller , lists and dialer plus have free CRM pro included on the package so if i say the cost per lead is 38$ it's actually way less because there's many other privileges added for free to the package , you get what i mean ? the CRM subscription alone is 200$ per month for any member but we give it for free
