Hello,
I am new to real estate, however, I'd like to get started in short-term rentals, fix and resell, and more. I have access to capital and would like to get some good advice and wisdom from people who are skilled in this field. I was looking at some properties to rent in Greece, Athens and perhaps Portugal Algarve. What are some things I should look for and watch out for?
