I am new to real estate, however, I'd like to get started in short-term rentals, fix and resell, and more. I have access to capital and would like to get some good advice and wisdom from people who are skilled in this field. I was looking at some properties to rent in Greece, Athens and perhaps Portugal Algarve. What are some things I should look for and watch out for?
I’m very knowledgeable about the Algarve market and somewhat the Greek market as well. However, I’m not sure how to help you best give how vague your question is.
