Hello everyone — My name is Jacob and I am new to land wholesaling and just getting started. I'm based in California targeting off market vacant land deals in North Carolina, specifically Guilford County and the western NC mountain region. I'm actively building my buyer list and learning the market. I am looking to connect with experienced land investors in the Carolinas and learn from people who have been doing this and found success.
