First steps before investing
When doing my due diligence on a property I'm considering investing in, what are ALL the municipal or county offices that I should call (Building & Health Departments are 2 examples I've read about), and, what questions should I be asking the offices specifically in order to get the best overall analysis of the property & know what I'm getting myself into as far as pros & cons of the place before I invest?
