Hello everyone! I just passed both the national and state portions of the Illinois real estate broker exam.
I’m in the process of getting my license, primarily with the goal of wholesaling real estate.
For those of you who are experienced with wholesaling in Illinois, I’d love to hear your recommendations on which brokerage to join. I’m especially interested in brokerages that are investor-friendly and understand the wholesaling business model.
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
@Joshua Miller I can't help with the Illinois brokerage but I thought I'd just reach out and see if you have any questions in regards to getting started in wholesaling? Happy to jump on a call or zoom and answer any questions you have. I know with the laws in Illinois wholesaling can be more difficult than it already is without the laws.
