    If an accident would happen at a home (ie not a tree falling) and the neighbors car in driveway is damaged but they only have liability auto, are they able to purse a claim through the home owners insurance of actual incident?

      You can get sued for anything, but most times a falling tree is considered an "Act of God" and is no ones personal responsability.
