List source cash buyer help
So after much deliberation and research I've decided to start my real estate career wholesaling properties. I've started posting ads looking for cash buyers (of course buying posts as well) and will be throwing up some bandit signs here soon. But from reading through some old forum posts it seems some people use list source and agent pro to find cash buyers. Now I'm not too familiar with these sites yet but I have a feeling I will be when it's all said and done. But if someone could walk me through the purchase of my first list I'd greatly appreciate it. Or if there is already some sort of guide on the site somewhere that would work just as well. I tried searching but couldn't seem to find anything. Thanks in advance BP!
