So after much deliberation and research I've decided to start my real estate career wholesaling properties. I've started posting ads looking for cash buyers (of course buying posts as well) and will be throwing up some bandit signs here soon. But from reading through some old forum posts it seems some people use list source and agent pro to find cash buyers. Now I'm not too familiar with these sites yet but I have a feeling I will be when it's all said and done. But if someone could walk me through the purchase of my first list I'd greatly appreciate it. Or if there is already some sort of guide on the site somewhere that would work just as well. I tried searching but couldn't seem to find anything. Thanks in advance BP!
I think when flipping contracts to buyers it is mostly about relationships. I like to have personal contact with our buyers and work closely with a specific few who are buying. I could be wrong, but I imagine buying a list, you will be sending out bulk emails and getting few if any replies as it is easy to disregard an email?
Yeah, you could be right there. I just have a couple right now who I can already tell will be unreliable at best. I figure if this even gets me one good buyer it will be worth it.
@Hunter Allen I'd use all of the above to get a dozen REAL cash buyers.
PS Nice picture, at least you're not "upside down" yet;-)
Hahah thanks @Mike Hurney every time I flip the dang thing it shows up flipped to the right or left no matter what.
