I'm just wondering who has used any of the hard money lenders listed under the "resources" tab? I'm in Maryland and looking to find information about some lending companies before I look into pursuing any properties for flipping. Being new and never done any deals yet, my plan is to research and become familiar with each phase of a flip from finding to final sale.

Hey @Keith Belzner - The listing is a directory of lenders, but we do not actively vet these companies for you. ALWAYS do your due diligence before working with anyone in the business -- even if you find them here on BP.
Of course, we do our best to give the boot to anyone that we learn is doing bad things, but due to the nature of the beast, we simply can't vet all our users or those companies that add themselves to our site.
That said, I know many people who are successfully working with lenders listed in the directory.
